Flat gasket sealant – non-sticky after 10 minutes. Resistant to water and glycols. Ideal for use on flexible flanges, machined or cast surfaces, whether metal or plastic.
LOCTITE SI 5699 is a flexible silicone sealant. It cures with atmospheric moisture to form a rigid rubber face seal. The product is primarily intended for sealing flanges, offering excellent resistance to
oils, or for sealing rigid flanges, e.g. on gearboxes and cast metal covers. The product is non-sticky after just 10 minutes.
This product is resistant to water and glycol and can be used on machined or cast surfaces, whether metal or plastic.
