Thread sealant – low strength. Ideal for plastic-to-plastic or plastic-to-metal threaded joints in hot or cold water pipework.
LOCTITE SI 5331 is designed to secure and seal metal and plastic threaded pipework components in hot or cold water distribution systems, e.g. for industrial or agricultural plastic water distribution systems or drainage systems. It has the following approvals and certifications:
WRC certification, complies with the requirements of BS 6920 for drinking water: 0706521
DVGW approval, tested in accordance with EN 751-1; P1 NSF Reg. No.: 123620
