TEROSON RB 53
A solvent-based primer containing a brush-applicable sealant based on styrene-butadiene rubber with high resistance to bleeding. The surface texture can be reproduced using the brush provided. TEROSON® RB 53 is a high-strength system with negligible volume expansion/shrinkage. TEROSON® RB 53 exhibits good adhesion to untreated, galvanised, primed and painted steel sheets, as well as to PVC. As a result, the texture remains almost entirely intact after application. Once dry, TEROSON® RB 53 can be overcoated with all automotive paints (both conventional and water-based). As there are various coating systems on the market, preliminary tests should always be carried out before use.
Applications of TEROSON RB 53
Used primarily for sealing overlapping joints. It is mainly used in workshops, where application with a brush creates a texture similar to that produced during manufacture.
