Gufero 8x12x3 WAOS

Oil seal (Simmering) – a shaft seal used to seal a rotating shaft
and the surrounding space from gaseous or liquid media. The oil seal consists of
an elastomer part (NBR, FPM, SI,…) and a metal reinforcement.
WAOS type has no spring ring
Oil seal dimensions are given by three parameters: shaft inner diameter,
outer diameter of the oil seal, and height of the oil seal.

WAOS design – the elastic outer cover compensates for thermal expansion
and surface roughness in the housing; the WAOS type is designed for non-demanding applications.
WAOS type is used for standard sealing of liquid and gaseous media; WAOS type is equipped with an additional dust lip, unlike the WAO type.
Material design (WAOS) of the sealing lip: NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber).
