KWO Universal is a high-quality sealing material based on 100% pure, uniaxially expanded PTFE (Teflon). The KWO Universal seal has excellent chemical resistance across the entire pH range 0–14, except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. Very easily compressible seal for thin or fragile flanged joints. Meets the strict requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Parameters:
-200 to 260 °C: max. recommended temperature range
-160 to 200 °C: continuous working temperature
+160 °C: continuous working temperature for steam
80 bar: maximum recommended pressure
