CTB/ZR – XL TIMING BELTS
Inch-pitch timing belts CTB, sometimes also designated as ZR, have trapezoidal teeth. They are mainly used in older industrial applications, or where an economical solution is required for drives with standard or lower power-transmission demands. The belts are oil- and ozone-resistant. They are not antistatic.
Standard profiles supplied:
CTB (neoprene) MXL, XL, L, H, HX, XXH
CTB (polyurethane) MXL, XL, L, H
Dimensions/parameters of the XL profile:
α = 50°
t = 5.08 mm Tooth pitch
H1 = 1.02 mm Body height
H2 = 1.27 mm Tooth height
H = 2.29 mm Total height
S = 2.57 mm Tooth base
