Dimensions and interchangeability

The 6205 designation is an international standard (ISO 15), so a 6205 bearing from any manufacturer always has the same dimensions of 25 × 52 × 15 mm and is mechanically interchangeable. They differ only in terms of seal design, clearance, precision and service life. When replacing a worn part, you can therefore choose a different brand to the one originally fitted in the machine.
