V-belts are ordered by two values: the profile (width × height of the wedge) and the length. Classic profiles are Z/10, A/13, B/17, C/22 and D/32; narrow profiles are SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC. Mind that the length may be given as inner (Li), outer (La) or pitch/effective length (Lp = Lw = Ld) — these differ by tens of millimetres, so always note which one you measured. Need help choosing?
