Bearing 6206

The 6206 bearing is a single-row ball bearing measuring 30 × 62 × 16 mm (inner diameter 30 mm, outer diameter 62 mm, width 16 mm). We stock 25 variants, 14 of which are in stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Prices start at 47 Kč and vary depending on the manufacturer and variant.

Dimensions and interchangeability

The designation 6206 is an international standard (ISO 15), so a 6206 bearing from any manufacturer always has the same dimensions of 30 × 62 × 16 mm and is mechanically interchangeable. They differ only in seal design, clearance, precision and service life. When replacing a worn part, you can therefore choose a different brand to the one used in the original machine.

Variants we stock

  • 6206 2RS – double-sided rubber seals – for dusty and damp environments
  • 6206 2RS1 – double-sided rubber seals (SKF designation)
  • 6206 2Z – double-sided metal cover – lower friction, higher speeds
  • 6206 ZZ – double-sided metal cover (NTN designation)
  • 6206 C3 – increased radial clearance – for higher temperatures and interference fits
  • 6206 C4 – even greater clearance than C3 – for very high-temperature applications
  • 6206 N – groove for retaining ring on the outer ring
  • 6206 NR – groove including a supplied retaining ring

Without a suffix, this is an open bearing without seals — the cheapest option for clean and permanently lubricated mountings.

Manufacturers

For the 6206 designation, we offer SKF, FAG, NTN, ZVL and IBB brands. ZVL or IBB are sufficient for standard operation; for demanding and high-speed applications, we recommend SKF, FAG or NTN.

How to choose

The dimensions are identical for all 6206 bearings, so the choice depends on the environment: 2RS sealed bearings for dusty and damp conditions; 2Z open bearings for clean and high-speed applications; and C3 clearance for heating or press-fitting.
