SIMPLE GREEN Extreme
An industrial, highly effective, water-dilutable cleaning and degreasing agent designed for general cleaning and degreasing of heavily soiled surfaces, meeting the highest safety criteria issued by BOEING D6-17487P and by the aircraft engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney PWA 36604 Revision C.
It is suitable for cleaning metal, plastic and painted surfaces using spray equipment, and for pressure and ultrasonic degreasing in engineering, aviation and ground transport, without causing damage to the surfaces being cleaned.
Properties of the working solution
Non-flammable, non-abrasive, rinse-free, free from dyes and perfume, and contains no Teflon or silicone. This highly concentrated solution can be diluted with cold water up to a ratio of 1:200. Once diluted, it degreases effectively at normal workshop temperatures and is highly active within the temperature range of 10–48 °C, resulting in significant energy savings. According to Ministry of the Environment Decree No. 509/2005 Coll., the working solution is not classified as a product containing organic solvents, and its VOCs do not need to be registered. The mixture is highly biodegradable, reaching 100% biodegradation after 28 days according to OECD Method 301-D. SG Extréme already contains a corrosion inhibitor.

– Manual washing
– Pressure washing
– Immersion washing
– Washing in ultrasonic cleaners
– Refill for mobile washing machines
Recommended dilution
Spray and degreasing machines: 0.5–1.5%
Pressure and ultrasonic cleaning: 1.0–5.0%
Manual cleaning:
Cleaning windows, glass and plexiglass: 0.5–0.8%
Solder pastes: 7%–10%
Cleaning EGR valves and engine parts: 25–50%

Disposal of saturated working mixture
The mixture does not need to be neutralised prior to disposal; subject to agreement with the wastewater treatment plant operator, it may be disposed of at the treatment plant. It does not contain any complexing agents that adversely affect sludge management.
