Coupler The coupler is designed to join the ends of perforated rubber V-belt stock. The coupler pins are inserted into the end holes and screwed in tightly.
If you are using small-diameter pulleys, it is preferable to use a universal joint instead of this coupling, as it places less strain on the end holes of the webbing into which the pins are inserted.
