A specially developed, metal-free anti-seize lubricant, manufactured under 100% controlled conditions to ensure maximum purity. It is manufactured using high-purity raw materials and contains only trace amounts of halogen elements, sulphur, copper, aluminium and heavy metals. Developed to protect steel, stainless steel and other patented alloys. During assembly, it protects against high friction, seizing and galling, and promotes uniform and predictable tightening. During operation, the product’s high purity protects against stress corrosion. During disassembly, it prevents galling, seizing and thread damage. It provides a significant improvement in sliding properties and results in much more uniform torsional stress. Typical applications include bolts, fittings, studs, pipe fittings, sliding bearings and pressed bearings in nuclear power stations, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, paper mills and other locations where stainless steel fasteners are used. This product is typically used within a working temperature range of -29 °C to +1315 °C.
