V-belts or round belts are manufactured from polyurethane (PU) and polyester (PES) webbing by welding the ends together. The profiles are usually produced in several hardness grades, which are distinguished from one another by colour. An improved version consists of reinforced profiles. The belts are very strong and durable in the selected operating environment. A minor drawback is the flexibility of non-reinforced profiles, where unstable transmission of tensile force occurs during shock loads and reverse operation.

PUR89 green – basic version without reinforcement, smooth surface
PUR89/T green – basic version without reinforcement, rough/textured surface
PUR89/R green – reinforced version, smooth surface
