Ultrasonic cleaners are very simple to operate via push-buttons with a digital display showing the set values (heating and cleaning time). Ultrasonic frequency: 40 kHz; ultrasonic power: 600 watts; heating power: 500 watts. The tank is made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. It is supplied with a stainless steel basket and lid.
The cleaner’s push-button controls with digital display make it ideal for use in a more gentle environment. It is not designed for continuous operation. Recommended usage is a maximum of 3–4 hours per day. If you wish to clean for 8 hours a day, it is essential to order (from us, of course) an industrial-grade ultrasonic cleaner, which features a welded tank. The cleaner is highly versatile.
The warranty period is 12 months for businesses and 24 months for private individuals.
Important notices:
¦ The ultrasonic cleaner may only be used when the liquid level is at least 2/3 of the tank’s capacity.
¦ Do not switch on the heating function when the tank is empty!
¦ Do not empty the cleaner’s contents whilst the unit is heated.
¦ Flammable substances, acids and strongly alkaline substances must not be used as cleaning solutions.
(this causes damage to the tank and drain valves)
¦ The item being cleaned must not touch the walls of the cleaner’s tank.
¦ Do not place heavy items in the basket; instead, hang them on an external rack.
¦ Our concentrates have a maximum temperature of 40 °C (at higher temperatures, the chemical bonds break down)
