Loctite UK 5400 (also known as Macroplast 5400 – IDH 73657) is a two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for use with polyurethane resins (e.g. UK 8160 and UK 8303). It acts as a hardener (component B) in solvent-free structural adhesives. It is particularly suitable for bonding pre-treated metals, wood, plastics and rigid foams. It is characterised by high resistance to low temperatures, making it ideal for the manufacture of sandwich panels in the automotive, construction and marine industries.
