Suitable for use in spray washers, pressure washers, and for both manual and machine washing. The product has been assessed by the ITC Zlín testing laboratory as a second-class foodstuff, and is also suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries. Between 2000 and 2012, the Ministry of the Environment granted the product the right to use the ‘Environmentally Friendly Product’ trademark.

If the dilution is 1:6 or higher, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under Directive 1999/45/EC. According to OECD Method 302-B, 97% biodegradability is achieved after 14 days, and 98% after 28 days.
Disposal of the working mixture:
The undiluted working solution does not need to be neutralised prior to disposal. Depending on the type and quantity of contamination, saturated working solutions may be disposed of at a sewage treatment works. We recommend consulting the operator of the sewage treatment works regarding disposal. It does not contain complexing agents that adversely affect sludge management.
Use-by date:
When unopened and stored under standard conditions, Simple Green expects the product to have a shelf life of 5 years or more. The warranty period in the EU is 24 months from the date of sale.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. After 4 hours at a temperature exceeding 42.7°C, the components will separate and the liquid must be stirred to ensure the components are mixed and the product retains its full effectiveness. If the product is exposed to this temperature for a prolonged period, the components will separate permanently, causing the product to lose its effectiveness. The product must not be allowed to freeze.
A frozen product may undergo one thawing cycle without losing its effectiveness. During prolonged storage at temperatures around freezing point (0–4°C), the ingredients will deteriorate and lose their effectiveness.
